Stand on top of the fish basket in the lighthouse. Then click on the exit door and quickly click on the railing of the stairs. THEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO WALK ON WALLS!!
ONE MORE CHEAT… HOW TO STAND ON OTHER PENGUINS. Press tab. Then you press on the penguin. Then you will be able to stand on him/her. REMEMB.
